Last updated: January 2026. GTIXT is committed to transparency and protection of your data.

1. Information We Collect

GTIXT collects data in two distinct categories:

  • Institutional Data: Publicly available information about proprietary trading firms, including regulatory filings, compliance records, and operational metrics.
  • User Data: Information you provide when creating accounts, subscribing to our API, or contacting us (name, email, organization, API usage patterns).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain our institutional benchmarking service
  • To authenticate API access and monitor usage
  • To improve our methodology and data quality

3. Data Retention

We retain institutional benchmarking data indefinitely to provide historical analysis capabilities. Historical snapshots are cryptographically secured and immutable.

Personal account data is retained for as long as you maintain an active account, plus 30 days after deletion for backup purposes.

4. Data Security

GTIXT implements institutional-grade security measures:

  • End-to-end encryption for all API communications (TLS 1.3+)
  • SHA-256 cryptographic verification for all data
  • Role-based access control for institutional data
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • SOC 2 Type II compliance

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
